Carnerie - alpine organic farming

Experience Alpine farming at first hand. Delicious organic products can be bought directly from the farmer in the farm shop.

Carnerie produces meat according to organic farming standards. The way the animals are kept and fed contributes significantly to the special taste of the products.

The meat is finely marbled and comes exclusively from breeds of cattle and pigs that are known for tender, juicy and tasty meat: Hereford and Angus as well as Duroc, Schwäbisch Hällisches Landschwein and Mangalitza. In addition, the meat gets the time it needs to mature, making it even more tender and better!
